  • The Company shall ensure that any third party service provider, contracted through the Company provides a minimum of one-year warranty/defect liability period on the civil and carpentry works (excluding any wear and tear). However, any contract for products purchased or services availed from any third party service provider constitute a direct contract between you and the relevant third party service provider, and the Company shall not be a party to the same and any liability for delays, quality concerns (or any other issues) will not be attributable to the company.
  • On completion, the Client will have a warranty for a period of one year from the date of the Handover. The company’s quality promise covers only civil works and woodwork. Decor products and accessories may or may not come under manufacturer warranty, depending on the product.
